New Jersey Howlers Academy Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate cancellations as fairly as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below, which applies to all registrations. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to goalcraft.njhowlers@gmail.com. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14-21 business days, minus any applicable processing fees (e.g., $25 administrative fee).

Refund Tiers Based on Cancellation Date:

• More than 90 days prior to the start date: Registrants will receive a refund of 75-90% of the total fee, depending on the specific program and any non-refundable deposits. The exact percentage will be confirmed at the time of cancellation.

• 30 to 90 days prior to the start date: Registrants will receive a 50% refund of the total fee.

• Less than 30 days (1 month) prior to the start date, including no-shows: No refunds will be issued. However, at our discretion, we may offer a credit toward a future session (valid for one year), subject to availability.

Medical Exceptions:

• Full 100% refunds will be issued only in cases of documented medical problems that prevent participation. Proof must include a doctor’s note on official letterhead, detailing the medical condition and its impact on the player’s ability to attend. Requests must be submitted no later than 7 days after the start date for consideration. We reserve the right to verify documentation.

Additional Notes:

• Non-Refundable Items: Deposits, registration fees, and any add-ons (e.g., merchandise or extended care) are non-refundable under all circumstances.

• Camp-Initiated Cancellations: If New Jersey Howlers Academy cancels a session due to insufficient enrollment, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, registrants will receive a full refund.

• Force Majeure: In the event of acts beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or government mandates), we will grant a full refund to the player.

• Policy Updates: This policy is subject to change. The version in effect at the time of registration applies.
